College graduates who have above average networking skills have the most luck getting hired and therefore successfully completing their initial job search after leaving college. That's why it is so important to network if you want to find a full-time job and start paying off your college loans. Don’t know where to start? Make a list of everyone you know. Write down their names and categorize the list in the two ways: 1) how you know the person 2) how well you know the person. By the time you are finished you will probably have listed 100-250 names.
